1. Is my order on its way to me?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to locate your parcel. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.


2. How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on either the DHL website or the GLS website for Royal Mail deliveries. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.


3. Where do you deliver?

Rewire Security currently ships to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland for free with Royal Mail. Shipments to Other countries are sent Internationally signed and they are subject to shippint costs.



4. Are there any locations that you do not deliver to?

No, we deliver worldwide. Shipments to adresses outside of the UK are sent internationally signed and subject to shipping costs.


5. What is Standard delivery?

Standard delivery is by Royal mail and FREE, and will be delivered within 1-2 working days, provided that payment is received before 3pm on the day that the order is placed. 

You do not need to enter a code at checkout. FREE Standard delivery will be applied automatically if the shipment adress is within the UK.

Please note that this offer doesn’t apply to the countries outside of United Kingdom. Please refer to point 4 for further information.

6. What is Express delivery?

Express delivery costs depend on your package weight and your order will be delivered the next 1 working day, provided that payment is received before 3pm on the day that the order is placed.

Examples:

• If you place your order by 1pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next working day.
• If you order before 1pm on Friday you will receive your order the following Monday.
• If you place your order between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
• If you place your order on a European Bank Holiday it will be delivered 1 working days later.

7. How does your delivery service work?

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail through GLS and must be signed for upon delivery, a first attempt will be made for delivery, post which the parcel will need to be picked up from the Royal Mail drop point, normally the post office.


8. What time do you deliver?

Royal Mail will deliver between 08:00 and 18:00 Business Days. A signature will be required upon delivery.
