Device Installation Terms

All delivery dates stated on our website are approximate and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated, but Rewire Security will aim to adhere to them where possible. Rewire Security will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from late delivery of products carried out by Royal Mail.

Once your order has been processed and delivered to your address, our national install partner ‘RS Connect’ will contact you directly via telephone within three workings days to schedule the installation.

Once your installation has been booked ‘RS Connect’ will send you a confirmation email, confirming the agreed time, date and location.

If you wish to cancel your installation, this can be done without penalty 72  hours prior to the installation date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the installation date are non-refundable.

It is vital to ensure the vehicle is available at the confirmed time, date and location. In the event of the vehicle not being available on the date of the appointment, the installation will be classed as cancelled and will be non-refundable.

RS Connects working hours are;

Monday-      8am-4pm

Tuesday-      8am-4pm

Wednesday- 8am-4pm

Thursday-    8am-4pm

Friday-         8am-4pm

Saturdays-   9am–4pm

Sunday–        Closed

Bank Holidays- Closed

 

Any amendments to installation dates, location or vehicle, must be made in writing to fleet@rsconnect.com  or by calling customer services on 01675624000 at least 72 hours prior to the installation date.

If the installation is carried out by the Customer or a person appointed by the Customer, Rewire Security shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever. As a result of any negligence or failure to follow Rewire Security’s written instructions in installing the Products, Rewire Security shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or the products.
